Middleton July Home Sales Top $1.8 Million Amid Sparse Pricing Data

Middleton recorded 15 property transfers in July, but only seven deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $336,000 to $1,860,000 with a median of $1,275,000. The month's top sale was 31 Upton Hills Lane, which sold for $1,860,000 on July 23. Norma Way and Liberty Street each saw two transfers, and many addresses carried "Lot" or "Unit" designations, pointing to activity within subdivisions and condominium developments rather than standalone homes. With price data missing from more than half the deeds, the data offers only a partial view of July's market activity.
