The month's top sale was 12 Couture Way, which sold Oct. 1 for $2,250,000. Village Road saw two condo sales, and the same seller transferred properties on both Washington and Webb streets to LLCs. Five transfers appear to move property within families or into trusts. With most prices still pending at the registry, the full market picture for the period remains incomplete.
