Middleton Home Sales Range From $565,000 To $1.275 Million In Late Summer Deed Filings
Fifteen property transfers were recorded in Middleton between July 24 and Aug. 22, though only eight listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $565,000 to $1,275,000, with a median of $765,000. The month's top sale was 8 Edgewood Rd. Lot 9, which sold for $1,275,000 on Aug. 6 to Roshin Kurich from Rachel D. Verville. Mills Point saw two condo sales among the top five transactions, while Norma Way logged two undisclosed-price transfers. Nearly half the period's sales involved same-name or family-trust transfers rather than disclosed arm's-length pricing, per available deed data.
