Middleton Home Sales Cluster Above $1 Million Amid String of Trust Transfers
Fifteen properties sold in Middleton between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with disclosed prices ranging from $365,000 to $2,675,000 and a median of $1,049,000 among the 11 sales that listed a price. The top sale was 10 Boston St. at $2,675,000, sold by Champlain Realty Trust to Middleton 10 Boston Owner LLC, which also purchased the adjacent 18 Boston St. the same day. Village Road saw three separate condo unit sales, and several deeds involved trust-to-trust or same-party transfers. Deed records show a mix of condominium and multi-lot residential sales, with no bed, bath or square-footage data available and no basis in this dataset to characterize the period as a buyer's or seller's market.
