Middleton Deeds Show Sales From $580,000 To $2.68 Million In Late Summer
The Essex County Registry recorded 14 property transfers in Middleton between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Ten of the 14 deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $580,000 to $2,675,000, with a median of $1,050,000. The month's top sale was 10 Boston St at $2,675,000, sold by Champlain Realty Trust to Middleton 10 Boston Owner LLC; the same seller also sold 49 S Main St for $1,725,000 the same day. Eight of the 14 deeds were recorded on a single day, Sept. 1, and several transfers were internal trust or family transactions rather than open-market sales.
