Fifteen Middleton Property Sales Range From $336,000 to $1.86 Million in Late Summer
Middleton recorded 15 property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $336,000 to $1,860,000 and a median of $1,275,000 among the seven transactions that listed a price. The month's top sale was 31 Upton Hills Lane, Lot 3, which sold for $1,860,000 on July 23 from Daniel R. Riff to Simu K. Thomas. More than half the recorded deeds, eight of 15, did not disclose a sale price, including several within-family trust transfers and a municipal purchase at 0 Leitner Way. Multiple lot-numbered addresses across Edgewood Road, Norma Way, Sgt Roode Lane, Upton Hills Lane, Kimberly Lane, Webb Street and Liberty Street point to continued subdivision development activity in town.
